This new spa near Toronto lets you relax in sensory showers and a sparkling snow room
There’s a new place to relax near Toronto. The 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa is a new retreat in charming Niagara-on-the-Lake, and it’s perfect for a little getaway.
The 72-room property is located right in the heart of the village and features a 12,000-square-foot spa, Spa at Q, where guests can enjoy a range of treatments and experiences.

You don’t have to be a hotel guest to visit the spa. Treatments are available to the public, so this place might even make for a rejuvenating day trip.
The venue is located on the ground floor and features modern decor with a calm and tranquil atmosphere. Before your treatment, you can head to the spacious changing rooms with private lockers to put on a bathrobe and slippers. Afterwards, you can relax in the waiting room and enjoy a fruity water before your appointment.

Services include massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. One of the highlights is the hydrotherapy wellness circuit. It offers several experiences to help improve your circulation and give you some relaxation.
The circuit begins in the hot pool, where you can enjoy hot waterfalls and drift around the clear salt water. Then you can head to the sensory showers, where you can experience unique scents and lighting.

The spacious dry sauna will get you sweating in the best possible way, and the eucalyptus steam room will engulf you in clouds of rejuvenating mist. A snow room is set to open in the coming weeks and you can step into a glistening winter wonderland.

Finally, complete the circuit in the heated pool where you can float at your leisure. A second phase of development is planned for the spa, which will offer an outdoor yoga and meditation area, spa cabins and reflecting pools.
