City Manager Karen Conard released the following statement: “The opening of the Peirce Island Outdoor Pool is a signal that the summer season is upon us. The City is proud to make this equipment available to residents for a very nominal fee (free for those under 18) and at low cost for non-residents. We are especially pleased to provide a discount to active duty military personnel and their families as a small gesture of appreciation for their service and for the important contribution they make to our community.
