Bishopstrow Hotel and Spa in rural Wiltshire has announced the appointment of Philip Lewis as Executive Chef.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Lewis began his career in Ayrshire as a commis chef and has since worked around the world including London, Austria and Australia.
The hotel was purchased by The Kaleidoscope Collection in the summer of 2021 and is newly listed as a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of The World consortium.
Lewis said: “Joining Bishopstrow is an exciting opportunity to fuse both my personal style and the flamboyant spirit of the Kaleidoscope collection to create something special for the restaurant’s rebrand. The focus on customer experience is second to none and there are plenty of innovations and surprises to come.”
